Swanage Prospect is a two-bedroom holiday home conveniently located in a quiet residential road, only 11 minutes’ walk to the wonderful Swanage Bay with its beautiful sandy beach. The property is in a prime location, a short walk to the centre of Swanage, with its selection of independent shops, cafes, restaurants, and pubs and to the beautiful safe sandy Blue Flag beach.

On entering through the front door of the bungalow, you find yourself in the hallway, with doors leading to the sitting room/dining room, kitchen, the double and the twin bedrooms, bathroom, and cloakroom.

The open plan living room has a sitting area at one end with a comfortable sofa, two tub chairs, and a TV, and at the other end, a dining area with seating for 4, with views over the garden.

The kitchen has a range of units and appliances, including a fridge/freezer, integrated oven, hob, microwave and washing machine. From here there is a door leading into the pretty rear garden.

The spacious, master bedroom has a double bed, dressing tables and clothes hanging rail. The pleasant twin bedroom has clothes hanging rail, and there are views over the rear garden.

The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower and hand wash basin, and there is a separate cloakroom with WC and wash basin.

The lovely rear garden can be accessed from the kitchen or via the driveway, the garden is largely laid to lawn, with a small patio area. The garden is not fully enclosed. There is a small front garden with a pathway leading up to the front door.

The property benefits from a driveway offering parking for 2 cars and on road parking.

The proximity to Swanage makes this inviting holiday home, an ideal choice for a family holiday, with Swanage within easy walking distance, the Swanage Golf Games is just a 3-minute walk, King Georges Playing field a 6-minute walk, and the Swanage Railway is an 11-minute walk. This property is conveniently located near the A351 which leads from Swanage to Corfe Castle and then on to Monkey Work ape rescue centre and the Tank Museum. The wonderful beaches of Studland Bay are also within easy reach, all offering plenty of fun-filled days out.
