Easter Cottage is an attractive semi-detached cottage, which is bright and cheerful in summer and warm and snug in winter. It is an easy 10 minutes walk to the Corfe Village Square for the morning paper and fresh loaf of bread from the bakery.

The front door opens into a inner porch and then a delightful, comfortable sitting room with an inglenook fireplace, a coal effect gas stove, and comfortable seating. Beyond is a modern fully equipped kitchen and bright dining area with dining table and chairs for 6. From the kitchen a door opens into the rear garden. There is a downstairs WC with hand basin.

Easy stairs lead from the sitting room to a small landing. On the first floor, there is a delightful double bedroom with windows overlooking the rear garden and a spacious family bedroom which has three single beds. There is also a bathroom with a bath with overhead shower, basin and WC.

At the front of the cottage there is a small garden and at the rear of the cottage, is a larger enclosed garden, which has a gate at the end, leading to a parking area for one car, in front of the garage. From the parking area, there is access to a path which leads to the Middle Halves, an area of grassland in the middle of the village. This provides a pleasant walk to the Village Square, the Castle, and it is the start of many of the best walks in the Purbeck area. Easter Cottage is located in East Street, but it is a little way back from the road. It has double glazed windows, therefore, traffic noise is minimal.

Easter Cottage is a charming, well equipped and comfortable cottage which provides a lovely place for a holiday in this beautiful part of Dorset. The splendid town of Swanage, spectacular beaches of Studland and the charming villages of Worth Matravers, Kingston and Langton Matravers are all within easy reach.
