The front door leading off West Street, opens into a hallway, with doors to the kitchen/diner, sitting room, utility room and staircase. There is a well-equipped cottage style kitchen, with a dining table and chairs, where you can enjoy a view of Corfe Castle, whilst enjoying a leisurely breakfast or home cooked evening meal. The tastefully furnished sitting room is full of character, with exposed beams, a stone pillar and a stunning inglenook fireplace with log burning stove. Comfy seating surrounds the fireplace and Smart TV, creating a welcoming atmosphere. There is a picture-perfect window seat offering stunning views of Corfe Castle.
At the end of the hallway is a useful utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and ample storage for jackets, sandy shoes and muddy boots, and even your bicycles.
Upstairs, the pretty master bedroom has a double bed and a TV to enjoy lazy mornings. This room has views over the rear garden. The second bedroom is equally pretty and has a small double bed and a wardrobe, and the third bedroom is a spacious single room. From bedroom 2 and 3, there are stunning views of Corfe Castle. (The bathroom is due to be completely re-fitted in November 2025 to include a rolltop bath).
Beyond the utility room is a charming rear garden, with a stone path leading to a gate at the end of the garden, which gives access to the Halves Common. There is a covered pergola which provides a romantic retreat, furnished with dining table and chairs, providing an all-weather seating area perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.
