DESCRIPTION
Nestled on the outskirts of Swanage with easy access to the town and beach, this property has been beautifully renovated throughout to create a semi-detached haven perfect for couples, or small families. Swanage is a picturesque coastal town, which boasts a gently sloping sandy beach, and has a diverse array of local shops, cafes, and eateries.
This charming property has steps which lead up to the front door, and as you walk in through the threshold, you will find a useful space to leave your coats and shoes, after wonderful days exploring. Moving through the hallway you will find the bright, airy living room, with comfortable furniture, perfect for snuggling up and watching television, or playing board games, for a relaxing evening in. Patio doors from the living room and dining area lead out to the landscaped garden with decking area, and garden furniture.
Glass doors open from the living room into the stunning kitchen and dining room. This well-equipped kitchen is newly fitted and offers an amazing space to whip up meals for an evening in. There is an electric oven, grill, gas hob, a large fridge/freezer and a dishwasher.
Off the kitchen is a conservatory which offers another area to relax with a book or play a game.
The master bedroom is very spacious and beautifully appointed. It features a comfortable king sized bed, mirrored wardrobes and offers views over the Purbeck Hill. It has a newly fitted en-suite shower room, with rainfall shower. Bedroom two has a double bed, is as equally beautifully decorated, creating a peaceful sanctuary for guests.
The main bathroom features a rainfall shower in the bath, a WC and hand wash basin.
Outside, you can enjoy the landscaped rear garden with decking, which offers a peaceful spot to relax or enjoy outside dining on the patio. There is parking for one car on the driveway.

We went to Swanage mainly to visit relatives, so property was very conveniently located. We were very impressed with the bungalow - it was well-equipped, comfortable and pristine.

We stayed at Bella Vista Swanage for one week 2nd August 2025 with our two grandchildren. (12 and 14). The house from the first impression looked very neat, clean and tidy from the outside and continued once inside the property. It is a very spacious house with both bedrooms being very well furnished with wardrobes, chest of drawers and dressing table. The ensuite in the main bedroom was fairly small but very adequate for us. Both beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was immaculate with everything we needed to prepare and cook meals with plenty of space to eat at the dining room table. Although we had researched the property to see what facilities it had, we were pleasantly surprised to find the small conservatory to the end of the kitchen which was an added bonus for us. The welcome packet of biscuits and milk was very much appreciated and a nice touch. The location of the property was also good as there was a local shop 15 minute walk and the fish and chip shop was also a short walk, we used both of these places. Swanage is fairly up and down so is not a 'straight' walk but that was no problem for us, but might be for others. The garden was also a nice space, south facing so we made the most of that in the evenings after having been to the beach. All in all we had a great time at Bella Vista and would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone who wanted a very comfortable, relaxing home in Swanage for a great holiday. It is near enough the town, but far enough away to be nice and quiet. Thank you for a lovely stay!

I would highly recommend Bella Vista. The property was newly renovated, so everything Fenton fresh and new, it was also extremely clean, with lovely bedding and towels. The amenities were excellent, everything was covered, with lovely touches like the game’s cupboard and the wine in the fridge to greet us. We will be back to visit.
